Grenadi expects that feedback once requested will be given within 48 hours of the request being made. This does not include weekends as online staff obviously require down time just as anyone else does.
So what does this mean?
If you were to post something at 10:00am on Monday morning you should expect a response by 10:00am on Wednesday morning. If you were to post something on Thursday morning at 10:00am you should expect a response by 10:00am Monday morning as the weekend is not included in that calculation.
Some of you may have received feedback over weekends etc. This is mainly due to staff going above and beyond but should not be expected from students
